Hybrid club is a new category of Golf club that is designed to beat a Golf ball. The word “hybrid” is derived from genetics meaning blend of two different species with suitable features of both. The Hybrid Golf club possesses the advantages of both an iron and a wood. It is difficult for most of the players to hit even with modern clubfaces because of the low course and tiny face of the low-loft club head. Players usually have a tendency to avoid such clubs in consideration of fairway woods as it is difficult to manage the mechanism of swing with these longer shafts.
The fairway woods need lots of space to swing so as to make a suitable punch. The fairway woods also includes a clubface made up of wood that is designed to fly over in spite of cutting into grass which makes it unwanted for shots from the coarse. To solve these problems hybrids were introduced that replaces the 1-4 irons thereby ensuring a smooth shot.
