A Golf Club Fitting system comprises of steps for measuring the strength of a golfer’s hand grip and selection of an illustrative Golf club for affixing a set of Golf club to a player. The Golf club selected should be representative having a maximum weight which is directly proportional to the measured strength of the Golfer.
Standard procedures of testing are then used to determine the swing weight and the club length of the illustrative golf club. The next step is to calculate the Balance Index (BI) which is determined by dividing the maximum/dead weight (DW) of the selected Golf Club by its Swing Weight (SW) and the resultant figure is then compared to the dead weight. This is done to calculate the proportionate values of the remaining golf clubs in the set so that it will be helpful for the system user to go with corresponding irons and woods of the representative Golf Club. This will subsequently result in creating a perfect matched set of Golf Clubs to the player.
