Irrespective of player’s scale of golf any golfer can get into a posture which appears as good and fine as any Tour Player. It doesn’t needs any athletic ability or skill to get into a proper posture. For complete swing shots the golfer in golf has to put the inside of the heels as wide as outside of the hips. Then he/she has to thrust the hips sockets back and up which lead pelvis to arrive at an angle.
But the angle pose of the pelvis are not horizontal to the ground. Pushing of hips back and up will lessen the chest and put the weight in the back of the arch of foot. Then golfer is recommended to relax the knees and allow the arms limply hang downward from the shoulder socket. By doing this, golfer can feel that there is no tension in the shoulders and arms while playing golf.
