| Golf and mind
Golf, the noble man’s game in the planet, is often thought to be a tensionless, and mind free game. However, it is not the truth. In reality, Golf is a game, which involves lot of precision, strength, and concentration. Golfers find it difficult to putt the ball even when they are close to hole, unless they are in full mind.
The main stress or tension builds, when small failures intimidate one. The tension in mind slowly spread to the muscles and strain them. Once tension increases, the golfers fail in their successive attempts. Especially, swinging of the golf becomes difficult in this situation. Therefore, Golfers should practice to keep their mind and body focused to the game. They should relax for sometime before they take a new shot. This will give them enough time to rest and release their mind and body from all kinds of stress, tension, and strains.
